1. Photovoltaic water pump

The Application of ES580-PV Series in Overseas Photovoltaic Water Pumps

New energy vehicle powertrain testing cabinet

● The testing cabinet is applied to the powertrain testing system of a dual axle vehicle. The testing cabinet system includes three ES850 series frequency converters, reactors required for rectification and feedback, pre charging circuits, fuses, isolation switches, and other components;

● Three frequency converters are driven by a common DC bus, with two frequency converters (UF2 and UF22) operating in motor drive mode to control the four quadrant operation of the motor;

● The other unit (UF11) operates in rectifier feedback mode, converting AC voltage into controlled DC voltage and achieving bidirectional energy flow. It has a sine wave input current, a power factor close to 1, and low harmonic pollution to the power grid

1. Rail Train Project

● The sensorless drive technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor mainly solves the problems of accurately estimating the magnetic pole position and motor speed, achieving fast dynamic response, and high-precision and high reliability operation of the frequency conversion energy-saving air conditioning permanent magnet synchronous motor drive and control system of rail trains without external sensors;
