In the traditional mode, there is obvious resource consumption in the operation of the pump. In order to ensure the full play of the energy-saving and consumption-reducing effect, the actual operation of the pump is inseparable from the inverter automation and energy-saving functions. The application of ES9000 high voltage inverter to implement frequency conversion energy-saving control in the Tianying environmental protection water pump project can effectively relieve the pressure of the pipe network of the feed pump unit, and at the same time, the throttling loss of the pump can be minimized when the load is low, so that the economic benefits of the unit can be comprehensively improved.
Project Introduction
Pingyi County Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Project is located in Pingyi County Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province, with a building area of 59.1 mu and a total investment of about RMB 310 million yuan (nearly 44 million USD), the construction scale is 600 tons of garbage per day, about 219,000 tons of garbage per year, and the annual power generation capacity is about 74.4 million kilowatt hours. It mainly constructs 2*300t/d waste incinerator + 2*25t/h sub-high pressure medium temperature waste heat boiler + 2 sets of flue gas purification and treatment facilities + 1 set of leachate treatment systems, equipped with 1*12MW sub-high pressure medium temperature condensing steam turbine generator sets, and supporting ancillary projects.
After the project was put into operation, it effectively solved the problems of garbage pollution and resource recovery in Pingyi County, protected the ecological environment, and realized the "reduction, harmlessness and recycling" treatment of domestic waste. At the same time, the use of domestic waste to generate electricity, provide electric energy, and further optimize the power grid structure is of great significance to promote the development of Pingyi circular economy industry and improve people's benefits and social benefits.

ES9000 high-voltage frequency conversion scheme design
The project operation adopts Cumark ES9000 high-voltage inverter, supporting high-performance, energy-saving frequency conversion control system and combining advanced pump control technology to provide control solutions for pump motors.
This design scheme is variable frequency and power frequency integrated machine mode, when the frequency conversion fault can switch to the power frequency mode to run the equipment, effectively avoid production loss. Through the adjustment setting of frequency, it further meets the requirements of water supply process, and at the same time plays the role of soft start and soft stop for high-speed motor, reduces the impact of the starting current on motor and power grid, prolongs the service life of the equipment, improves the work efficiency of motor, and helps Pingyi Tianying complete the water supply task efficiently and with high quality.

High voltage frequency conversion principle and technical advantages
During the operation of the equipment, whether it is variable frequency mode or power frequency mode, the closing signal is sent to the frequency converter through DCS.
A surname in variable frequency mode, the closing command is issued by the frequency converter after charging or the closing command is issued by the frequency converter cabinet in power frequency mode, and then the front-end high voltage switch cabinet is powered on, and finally a more ideal power-on mode is achieved.

● Using ES9000 high voltage inverter to control the feed pump motor, the motor can be soft-started, the starting current is less than the rated current value, and the start is smoother.
● According to the different flow needs, the frequency of DCS is changed to realize the speed regulation of the pump, so as to control the water pressure and the water supply flow, so that the water supply process can be optimized to the maximum.
● According to the data statistics, the equipment running in the frequency range below 45HZ can achieve 15%-40% energy saving effect, and the energy saving effect is significant.
● The human-machine interface and upper function of the inverter display real-time parameters, including running records, operation records, etc., so that the control is more convenient.
