1/Application background of the textile industry
extile industry in China, there are many types of equipment and complex structures and many textile machinery need speed regulation from
the technical requirements. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the level of textile machinery mechatronics technology, AC variable frequency speed regulation has been widely used in textile equipment.
The inverter has good performance and adopts a highly reliable AC asynchronous motor, which is an excellent method of variable frequency speed regulation. At present, it has not only been quickly promoted and applied in the textile industry's equipment transformation, but also has applied the AC asynchronous motor variable frequency speed regulating device without exception in most newly developed textile machinery products, including cotton cleaning machine, carders,winders, combers, draw frames, roving frames, spinning frames and winders, etc. For weaving machinery, there are sizing machines, warping machines, etc. In addition, frequency inverters are also used on knitting machines, non woven fabrics, chemical fiber machinery, and printing and dyeing machinery.
Cotton cleaning machine is a series of spinning process to process raw cotton or various short fibers into yarn. Cotton cleaning process is the first process in the spinning process. The main function is to loosen raw cotton or various short fibers, remove impurities in raw cotton and mix
various raw materials according to the proportion of cotton. Finally, a certain volume, length and uniform cotton roll are made forthe next
process. When the carding coupler is used, the cotton is output to the storage box of each carding machine in the carding process.
Spinning machine for spinning, roving or winding,semifinished rovings or slivers into spinning bobbins during spinning, the sliver is drawn
on a roving frame and reeled to make a roving. Combing machine combs fibers into combed sliver, needle combs sliver together, needle row
drafting improves sliver structure. The roving is further spun into ring yarn on a ring spinning machine. Spinning frame is the main spinning machine. Most traditional spinning machines do not use inverter for speed regulation, product quality and mechanical maintenance are two inevitable issues.
The conversion of spinning frame frequency conversion has greatly improved the industry's productivity and energy saving. The main advantages of spinning machine frequency conversion application:
1).Achieve automatic stepless speed regulation according to the law of tension change of doffing of large, medium and small yarns. Achieving hig-hquality and highyield production and reducing the labor intensity of turning workers will play a positive role.
2).Save raw materials and electrical energy, using inverter control + permanent magnet synchronous motor can maximize the potential energy efficiency of the equipment, make full use of and improve the power factor, so as to achieve the purpose of saving electricity.
Twister is a twisting equipment, appropriate twisting of relatively loose fiber strandsinto yarns or yarns into yarns. Finally make the yarn have certain physical characteristics and certain appearance, such as yarn strength, elasticity, gloss and so on. Mainly processing natural fibers such
as cotton,linen, wool, and silk,and various chemical fibers, mainly by: spindle mechanism, traverse mechanism,
winding mechanism, driven by different motors independently .
Permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor consists of permanent magnets, there is no rotor resistance loss during stable operation, high power factor, no reactive excitation current is needed, and it has been favored by everyone due to its high efficiency, but its control method is complicated, and improper control will cause low energy saving, motor reverse, demagnetization, etc, the phenomenon occurs.
bSpindle subsystem dual motor drive
The dual motor drag method not only improves the product quality and achieves maximum energy saving, but also brings trouble to the torque
distribution. Due to the difference in mechanical structure, one motor will have a heavy load and the other will have a light load, do more
with less.
The above two spindle drive control methods have been widely and stably used in the twisting machine textile machinery and equipment.
